Important:
Shipping issues must be reported within 7 days of the carrier’s delivery confirmation. Reports submitted after this period may not be eligible for investigation or claims.

If the carrier tracking system shows the package as delivered, and more than 7 days have passed, we may not be able to process a claim.

International Shipping

For international shipments, the minimum quantity per peptide is 10 vials.
